BUUR developed a toolkit for core strengthening, with comprehensive explanations and manuals for most recurring village development issues. The challenges of small village and town cores are explained, strategies for improvement are presented and, most importantly, it shows which (planning) instruments can be used to achieve them.
During our mission we also applied the toolkit in six different villages in Provincie Vlaams-Brabant.
